- No running, power walking, whoever gets the bear get the last business class seat. Gentlemen on your mark, three, two, one. (laughs) - Noooo! - It's mine.
Nooo! Economy Brian, economy more than six hours, here we go. - See you guys later, see you in Singapore. - Give some structure, lets do some exercises to get us energy back on the plane. - Okay. - Put your hands up and two hands together and now stretch and now turn to the left. Very good. - It will take us six and a half hours to continue to Singapore, we are expecting generally smooth conditions there's a bit of a jet stream just above us right now. So we're expecting maybe slight bumps but we are gonna stay way below the jet stream at 32,000 feet. And our final cruising level will be 40,000 feet today. We are expecting on time arrival in Singapore just before ten o'clock in the morning http://casino-games.my/list-of-online-casino-games/. - [Sam] So Captain, I'd like to know how many 787-10s Singapore Air will take this year? - This year we are receiving eight out of the 49 and we have started training of our crew and we have approximately about 80 pilots that will be trained by the end of May. (dramatic music) - We're just about five hours before we land in Singapore it's been such a long flight, it's been almost 24 hours from take off in Charleston and then landing in Singapore. 24 hours delivery flight has to be the longest in the world. Now I'm just working on some of the movie clips as you can see. (dramatic music) After about two hours on the ground in Kansai we were in the air again, this time everyone is awake in the cabin. T.V. and digital media started filming, reporters busy interviewing and filing stories. Another breakfast is served this time the catering is from Japan, I had a really delicious grilled salmon dish. (dramatic music) (speaking Japanese) - [Sam] Hi, David - Sam. - Hey how are you? - Good how are you enjoying the flight? I would rate this as possibly the best regional business class in the world. Now it's a huge leap up from what Singapore Airlines has had previously. We're looking at direct isle access to every passenger. We're looking at a fully flat bed and there are lots of other little touches I think that are fantastic about this seat, I mean for example, if you're working like I am here you've got this little power panel with two USB ports, and they're high powered ports. So, you can plug in a large phone or a tablet and charge it up. You've got AC there, you can put tablets and other stuff in this area here. I think there's another lovely touch here which this is Alcantra material usually used in high end automotive finishes, it's very soft. It gives you a nice warm comforting feeling if you put your head against it. But also it's good for noise reduction because instead of a hard surface that redirects the noise a soft surface like this absorbs the noise. - [Sam] They put it on sports cars. - Exactly, it's very common finish there, so its a lot of very thoughtful touches like that which make this seat come together really well. Look at the A330s, it's a two, two, two seating, and there are these sloping sleepers, they're recliners. You get to this, which has got direct isle access and a one, two, one layout and it's got a fully flat bed. That's a quantum leap for passengers, and again the longer the journey the better they're gonna feel about it. The happier they'll be. - It's so beautiful, thank you. - Thank you, it's so beautiful. - Thank you. - Thank you (aeroplane rattling) - [Sam] After more than 23 and a half hours covering nearly 11,000 miles we finally took the worlds first Boeing 787-10 to her home in Singapore. It was a very proud moment for the airline and everyone on board. That was my longest delivery flight record, I hope you have enjoyed the experience together and thanks for watching. (dramatic music)
